Habitualmente cuando le dices a la gente que pintas con el ordenador, suelen tener una reacción de escepticismo, incluso alguno osa hacer un comentario del tipo; bueno pero eso no tiene que ser muy difícil, escaneas una foto y luego con el “fotosop” ese, haces lo que quieres.
Y uno que tiene ya unos años, y que no nació precisamente ayer, le viene a la memoria tiempos pretéritos, cuando se pusieron de moda los aerógrafos y los ordenadores personales no existían.
Y la gente hacia comentaba cosas similares sobre estos aparatos, que poco menos que pintaban solos.
Y la verdad es que tanto unos como otros en su momento revolucionaron el mundo, siendo herramientas formidables y abriendo campos que hasta el momento eran más complejos.
Si bien es cierto que una herramienta te facilita el trabajo y permite poder resolver de manera más rápida muchos procesos de la creación de una obra, esto ira en pro de poder indagar en otros campos que hasta el momento no había posibilidad por una cuestión tan banal en el arte como es el tiempo de ejecución
Pues bien, desde luego con el ordenador se pueden hacer cosas muy interesantes, pero desde luego la capacidad creativa todavía pertenece al artista.
En unos días colgare un ejemplo del proceso de creación de esta ilustración, que por otro lado creo que no tiene nada de particular, solamente que en vez de poner los colores sobre un papel o un lienzo, estos son virtuales, y se representan en un monitor mediante pixeles. Por lo demás creo que no hay mucha diferencia, salvo que no huele y no mancha...
¿Qué pensarían esos hombres de la antigüedad cuando alguien creo las pinturas al oleo? ¿Cuántos detractores tuvieron?
